I started my career in fitness teaching group classes in 2008.  This naturally led to becoming a personal trainer a few years later.  I love helping members push their limits through group trainings and also by designing individual fitness programs to help a client reach his/her fitness goals.  My favorite part of training is helping someone turn the “I CAN’T” …into…”I DID IT!”  You are STRONGER than you think!

I have been employed at fitness centers and as a Personal Trainer in LaGrange since 1995.  I am certified as a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist.  Let’s get together to update your current program or create a new one.  Your program will help you feel the full intensity on the muscle worked, proper breathing while working out and the importance of stretching and cardio.  My goal is to help you gain confidence and independence in your abilities to use the equipment here.  Let’s get started today!!!

  • Resistance Training
  • Olympic Weightlifting
  • Strength Sports (weightlifting, strongman, powerlifting)
  • Sports Performance
  • Health and Physical Education

I graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Health and Physical Education. I then went on to become a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

I’ve been training and competing in the sport of Olympic weightlifting for a decade, and have been a national level coach in the sport for 5 years as well. My passion is for strength sports, and I love the empowering feeling that comes from overcoming challenges that I was incapable of before.

I’ve trained and coached clients both male and female, from youth to senior, ranging from division 1 athletes to those who have never played a sport in their life, or are nervous to even step foot inside of a gym, and I’m grateful to have learned from some of the best mentors I could have imagined having.

For me there is no greater satisfaction than helping others attain the goals that they have set for themselves, whether they be in regards to health, physical fitness, sports performance, or just being confident in themselves.

A UGA graduate with a B.S. in Chemistry and 5 years of Olympic-style weightlifting, it's safe to say that Holly Beth knows how to reach her goals. She says, "In regards to my training of others, I am versatile, but I specialize in women’s strength. I believe that all women should not only focus on cardio, but also focus on strengthening their body. I want to show women that they can lift weights without getting “bulky” and that they can be strong without being intimidating.
